Vanchi is one of the founding members of Zifo Technologies and holds the overall responsibility for service delivery for clinical data solutions which include sales, business development and client relationship management.
He has gained over 15 years of experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare industry with specialisations in the field of EDC Services, Clinical Project Management, Data Management, Safety and Validation.
Vanchi has provided consulting services for top Global Bio-Pharma companies. He has been instrumental in setting up a large delivery centre for a leading global eClinical product company.
Vanchi's versatility has been an asset to Zifo. He has led, managed and driven large delivery programs across departments. He is a big believer of process efficiency and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional. He has implemented a variety of tools and techniques to innovate technology solutions that have accelerated productivity and improved quality on operations across departments.
Dharmendra is one of the founding members of Zifo Technologies and as Director – Standards and Outputs, he is responsible for the service delivery in the areas of SAS, reporting and standardisation to some of the large Pharma Customers.
Dharma's proficiency and speed of execution in Statistical Programming and Clinical Reporting (using Jreview, Business Object, Crystal Reports, etc.) are an inspiration to many. He is a CDISC expert and believes in enhancing client experience and bringing innovation to service delivery techniques in the SAS platform.
Dharma brings with him over 15 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Retail domain. Dharma has led innovative eClinical systems for world leading medical device companies. He is a Medidata Rave Professional, Project Management Professional and is an OpenClinica expert certified by the Akaza Research firm.
As Director – EDC Services, Gopal heads the EDC Services division in Zifo Technologies. He is well-experienced in half a dozen EDC systems including Rave, InForm, OpenClinica and other eClinical systems such as CTMS, IVRS and Central Labs.
Having worked with large Pharma companies and providing consulting services for a leading global healthcare company, Gopal has a unique foresight to assess future trends. He has helped define a 5-year eClinical road map for a leading Pharma company. Gopal keenly understands customer requirements and market needs and enhances value by providing proactive solutions.
He has around 15 years of experience in development and implementation of Enterprise Software solutions for US and European customers. Having lived and worked in the US, Europe and India, Gopal has had rich industry experience across several geographical locations. His proficiency in Study build/ Study setup in EDC platforms are an asset to Zifo.

As Director – Quality & Validation Services, Tamilmurugan is primarily responsible for conceptualizing, defining and maintaining the Quality Management System in Zifo. He is additionally responsible for heading the Independent Validation services team.
Having provided process consulting services for several Bio-Pharma customers, Tamil possesses advanced knowledge in SDLC and quality processes for the regulated environment. His expertise on several international regulatory requirements and guidelines such as GxP, EU Annex-11, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GAMP 5 is a valuable asset to Zifo.
Prior to Zifo, Tamil had worked for one of the leading IT companies in India, where he was involved in executing and managing several complex Development, Maintenance and Re-engineering projects. Tamil has also been instrumental in earning various industry recognitions and quality certifications for the organisation like ISO 9001:2008, CMM, CMMi.
Tamil is a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), administered by the Quality Assurance Institute, USA and is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute, USA.
As Director - Clinical Data Management, Vishnu's primary responsibility involves ensuring compliant and clean data for all our customers. He oversees all aspects of data management, medical coding and statistical analysis of clinical trial data.
His initiative to modularize eCRFs by creating an exhaustive reusable library for different therapeutic domains had brought ground breaking operational mileage to Zifo's CDM team. He has carried out large studies (both EDC and paper based) in all phases of Clinical Trials across various therapeutic areas.
Vishnu meticulously practices GCDM standards. He is known for his ability to setup and streamline operations to meet tough deadlines - especially in high intensity Study closure projects. He has been instrumental in setting up the remote help desk for eClinical systems to serve our global customers.
Nick named "Diamond geezer" by one of his former clients, Vishnu brings with him the blend of customer and employee centric leadership to Zifo. He has had over 15 years of industry experience.
As Director - Research Informatics, Buggs is responsible for implementing innovative techniques that manage and safeguard research data.
Buggs has worked for one of the leading global healthcare companies - GE Healthcare - for more than 10 years. He has been pivotal in implementing large systems across America and Europe. He brings forth his rich experience in domain knowledge of lab processes and Discovery & Lab informatics with specialization in the field of Packaged Software Architecture and Rollout.
He is a strong believer and follower of the synergised managerial concept of Lean Six Sigma. Having travelled extensively across the globe and worked in several geographies, Buggs has valuable experience in leading cross-geographical teams.
Buggs was the first and only IT recipient to be awarded the CEO Award for Innovation in 2011 for his innovative system solutions and business process re-engineering implementation.
As Director - Custom Applications Development, Nara is responsible for the development and delivery of Information Technology projects for the Pharma and medical devices customers of Zifo. He has fostered custom-built products and solutions in the eClinical space.
With over 15 years of experience in various SDLC methodologies like Waterfall, Iterative, RAD and Agile, he has designed and developed multiple desktop and web based applications, windows and web services and applications for handheld devices for large global customers.
Nara brings with him, a blend of technical expertise and rich Life Sciences/Research knowledge which enables him to fulfil the need for software development in a regulated environment exceeding due compliance expectations.
Prior to Zifo, Nara had worked for a leading IT company and has rich experience in all life cycle stages of software development ranging from requirement analysis, architecture definition to testing and installation. He is adept at various estimation techniques.

Anders Hansson has more than 30 years' experience in key leadership roles in Biostatistics, DM , IT and EDC. He has held senior positions in various Pharmaceutical and EDC companies in Europe and Japan. Equipped with language fluency in Swedish, English and some Japanese, he is a true cross-cultural professional with successful international experience in both R&D and Marketing.
He has managed research studies in pre-clinical and clinical phases I-IV and developed and implemented EDC, ePRO, Clinical and Drug Safety systems. He has played a vital role in the introduction of WHO Drug Dictionaries in Japan.
At Zifo, he is responsible for sales, business development and customer relationship management in Northern Europe and Japan.
Bhuvanesawaran is a successful serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in Infrastructure and Textile business. Being involved in a host of business domains, Bhuvanesawaran brings forth his rich practical business experience and his core strength of conceiving new business setup ideas.

As a Chemical Engineering graduate, Phil started his career at Exxon Chemicals. Since 1987 he has held a series of executive positions in successful start-up and high growth technology companies including Aspen Technology and ID Business Solutions. Based in England, Phil has worked with many global companies across Europe, US and Asia. Phil brings forth extensive experience in growing successful international businesses in terms of corporate strategy, acquisitions, customer management and operational performance.
Phil believes in maintaining close contact with clients and personally engaging in strategic and enterprise projects. His experience in driving innovative ideas for global technology companies combined with the practical understanding of the customer requirements is aligned with the Zifo approach to achieving customer success.

Robert Musterer joins Zifo with over 30 years of Pharmaceutical experience in 3 different companies. He has had first-hand experience in the responsibilities of a Clinical Data Manager, SAS programmer, EDC developer, Manager and Director.
After obtaining extensive experience on the business development side, Rob also assumed responsibilities for the IS support of systems in the areas of Electronic Data Capture (EDC), SAS, and Pharmacovigilance. Rob's 25 years of experience in EDC is spans across all areas of eCRF development, user support, help desk services, system development, system life cycle management, global roll-outs and many more. He has played a principal role in the industry's first adoption of 100% EDC utilization for all internally managed trials, a decade before the competition.
At Zifo, he is responsible for sales, business development and customer relationship management in North America.
