After obtaining extensive experience on the business unit side, Rob also assumed responsibilities for the IS support of systems in the areas of Electronic Data Capture (EDC), SAS, and Pharmacovigilance. Rob's experience in EDC is unique both in terms of the length and breadth which spans over 20 years and includes eCRF development, user support, help desk services, system development, system life cycle management, global roll-outs, and playing a principal role in the industry's first adoption of 100% EDC utilization for all internally managed trials, a decade before the competition. |
