Tamil heads the Quality group in Zifo Technologies. He possesses  advanced knowledge in software development life cycle and quality  processes and is primarily responsible for conceptualizing, defining and  maintaining the Quality Management System in Zifo, that comprises of  policies, processes, General and Standard Operating Procedures. He is  additionally responsible for heading the Independent Validation services  team.

Tamil has about 10 years of experience in one of the leading IT companies in India, where he was involved in executing and managing several complex Development, Maintenance and Re-engineering projects. He played a key role as part of his previous organization in defining Quality roadmap for accounts he was managing, and in getting various industry recognition and certifications.

Tamil is a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), administered by the Quality Assurance Institute, USA and is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute, USA. He is also a Medidata Certified Rave Professional and holds Bachelors in Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University.
